We’ll cover the use of fire extinguishers and the risks of fire, such as smoke development, in detail. Safety—yours and others’—is always the top priority.

🚨 Evacuation

When should you evacuate immediately, and how do you handle this as an emergency response team member? You’ll learn how to lead an evacuation in a structured manner, which facilities play a role in this process, and how to effectively collaborate with professional emergency services.

🩹 Non-emergency first aid

In this section, you’ll learn how to administer first aid for non-life-threatening injuries, such as wounds, bruises, sprains, fractures, burns, and eye injuries. Practical, clear, and immediately applicable in the workplace.

❤️ Emergency First Aid

You will practice life-saving techniques, including CPR using an AED. You will also learn how to respond to choking, severe bleeding, inhalation injuries, and shock.

Practical and effective learning

The course consists of a strong combination of theory and practice. During the practical portion, you will immediately apply the theory under the guidance of an experienced emergency response instructor. This will help you develop the skills and confidence to perform your emergency response duties competently.
